We are looking for volunteers to help us with this most unique event that will be held on Saturday, July 6th, 2019.
Anyone volunteering for 4 hours or more will be provided with lunch as well as free entry to enjoy the event before/after your scheduled shift.

Set up/Tear down: Assist with set up/tear down of small tents, tables and chairs, signage, etc. around the event grounds. Set-up will take place during the week of July 2nd to July 5th. Tear down will be on Sunday, July 7th and/or Monday July 8th.
Parking (10:30 AM to 4:00 PM): Direct guest to designated parking areas and assist with traffic flow.
Gate (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM): Welcome guests and collect tickets or admission.
Transportation (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM): Provide golf cart transportation to guests around event grounds.
Hat Contest (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM): Register participants and help to facilitate Hat Parade.
Kids' Zone (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM): Various roles including leading games, face painting, etc.
Picnic Baskets (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM): Fill and provide picnic baskets to Picnic Basket experience guests.
50/50 (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM): In teams of two, sell 50/50 tickets during the event.
Volunteer Tent (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM): Sign in volunteers and provide overview of their role. Direct them to their area."
